The facilities are old, the shower head leaks, and the washbasin makes a thudding sound when not in use. We chose this hotel mainly because of its convenient location. The key is that there is a thin man at the front desk with a very poor service attitude. He wrote "international hotel" because he probably disliked it because it was not international. That's fine, but the things in the room are very old. Except for the bed, the other bath towels and the sofa in the room were not even touched. The next day, they called me and said there was a big hole on the sofa made by cigarettes, and asked me if I smoked (I think smoking is bad, and as a woman with a child, they actually asked me this, I couldn't accept it). We stay in hotels to relax. We arrive at the hotel at around 8 or 9 in the evening and go out to play at 7 the next day. Who would go in and use a light to check the sofa or something? It really makes me angry. What's even worse is the skinny guy at the front desk. When I went back and talked to him about it, he just looked like he didn't want to pay attention to me. If you are not international, you should not let the front desk dislike you.
