酒店位置非常方便，12層景觀很好，可是玻璃窗太臟了，影響視野，房間設備比較老舊，衞生間化粧鏡破損，酒店的法國菜餐廳味道很不錯。

Hebe is amazing in getting things sorted out for me. I am Accor platinum member, and upon early arrival on the day she had the room organised for me in time and provided helpful instructions on hotel facilities and explained all benefits of a platinum member. The hotel is centrally located near Wangfujing and within walking distance to two metro stations nearby. It has a slightly dated renovation but boasts great buffet breakfast and happy hour lounge dining. The view on level 19 is magnificent.
The only downside is probably the sound proof which is a bit annoying but hotel guests are generally well behaved.

В первую очередь хочется отметить прекрасный персонал. Все говорят на Английском. Любые проблемы решаются моментально. Приехали в гостиницу в 6 утра, заселили без проблем, без дополнительной оплаты.
Классическая сетевая гостиница, где есть все необходимое. Завтрак хороший, разнообразный, через день меняется ассортимент, есть фрукты.
Важное преимущество - удобное расположение.
Уборка без каких-либо напоминаний, нареканий. Вообще, все работает, как часики.
Из минусов - номера, конечно, уставшие. Но через день перестаешь обращать внимание.
Зона бассейна тоже очень устарела, и неприятный запах.
В целом, горячо рекомендую, сочетание цена/качество - хорошее. И хочу сказать спасибо персоналу за отличное время, проведенное у вас в отеле и стране.

Hotel location is good, however hotel require renovation. Washroom is old stule with rusted and broken amenities , washroom is also small.
Furnitures are old and requires maintenance. Window glass is not clear and marked require new or proper cleaning.

The location is good, the subway is close, and it is more than one kilometer away from the Forbidden City. There are shared bicycles at the door. There are many foreigners in the hotel.
