多次入住豪華閣，第一次入住時候好像是因為門口冷漠的門僮以及退房按金一個多月不給退到信用卡投訴了。還好當時豪華閣的徐磊經理服務態度超好，力挽狂瀾，後來有一段時間有事沒事都來中國大住一下，還安利給朋友。然而也不知道是香格里拉的企業文化還是中國大自有的傲慢，這次臨時起意的入住讓我刷新了對他的認識。水壺因為檸檬酸清洗沒清洗乾淨，在已經燒了一壺水的情況下還喝出了海底撈檸檬水的味道。非常不巧的是，這次遇到我腸胃炎初愈，雪上加霜。另，我已經忍了好幾次了，必須吐槽一下行政酒廊的短髮中年女經理，每次入住都讓我不適，早飯的時候酒廊一共沒兩桌客人，我和母親就是想坐一個四人位，放下衣服，她不情願的表情寫滿了眉毛，最後説了一句，您要坐就坐吧，我本來晚上都不想因為那個水壺投訴了，當時氣的恨不得馬上打給外部監管。最後感謝一下酒廊的PHILIP，不記得他是不是當年的徐磊經理了，確實非常專業，值得好幾個贊。

老牌五星級酒店了，一切都中規中矩，商會在酒店開年會，前台略顯倉促；自助餐也是五星級該有的水準，不失望不經驗；房間設施設備偏老，好在保養得當，還不錯。
