酒店得地段非常好，在最中心，步行去王府井步行街、故宮等地方很方便。進出坐地鐵也能步行抵達，這次出行去了很多景點如博物館、故宮、雍和宮等等都能步行轉地鐵到，可以不用堵車了。
衞生方面要為House Keeping點贊，收拾得乾淨利索，有求必應。每天更換所有床上用品（這是非常大的工作量了），備品的更新也是每天都有，大氣又大方。
最值得誇讚的是早餐廳的服務，從接待、上餐、與顧客的聊天互動，都如和風細雨般讓人感覺舒適和温暖。收餐盤也很及時，餐品不算很多但是每一樣都精緻美味，會及時問詢顧客的各種就餐需求。讓我印象深刻的是，早餐期間酒店的外國顧客有很多，但是餐廳裏每個員工的英語都很流利，應對優雅得體，為半島的工作人員點贊。
以後如果有機會再來北京，還會再次選擇入住半島。

服務人員都是比較熱情的，但是我住的那間房窗户變形了，不能做到完貼合的密封，能到到風聲，整體酒店比較安靜的，就是窗户需要維修，然後酒店的智能系統不算好用，尤其是pad亮度過量，晚上不小心碰到它會自動亮，它要是一亮都不用點燈了，還有控制房間的小觸控屏幕，如果燈亮着不管調節到什麼亮度，那個小屏幕都是始終亮着的，這樣比較影響休息，如果小屏幕不亮的話，衞生間的燈光調節到最暗，晚上去衞生間那個亮度剛剛好！不晃眼也不會看不清

服務：前台服務特別熱情及時，提前入住一小會沒有打掃好的房間給升級了複式套間，感受很好！
衞生：很乾凈。
設施：全屋智控非常便捷，備品也很充足。這個房型的淋浴間特別小，頂噴和花灑也不能調節角度，洗澡洗的非常難受，吹風也是老式的風量很小很難用。
