Miss Helen at the front desk had no eye contact with the guests throughout the whole process and was very indifferent. Should the hotel pay more attention to the mood of the employees? If they are in a bad mood, they can arrange for rest, otherwise it will damage the goodwill of the hotel and the brand. 3. It was said that children should be provided with children's products. As a result, there were no bathrobes and slippers, only toothbrushes and shower gel; 4. The fruit sent was well-intentioned, but the grapes were broken; 5. There was an unpackaged comb in the consumable box in the room; 6. The hygiene dead corner and the face towel were damaged; 7. On the day of check-out, I was packing my luggage in the room. The room lady directly brushed the door of the room and came in. She asked what I was doing and told me to check the laundry. First, we didn't hang a sign to collect laundry, and second, we didn't tell the call center that there was laundry. When asked why she came in, she told me that she knocked on the door but no one answered, so she opened the door and entered the room. I have stayed in so many hotels. Is this the standard of Beijing Regent? The housekeeping staff will open the door and check if the guests have done laundry every day? 有非常大的落地窗，空氣循環很好，條件非常不錯這個地方真是適合各種場景，之前跟愛人一起來，現在帶孩子一起來，每一次都有新的體驗，非常棒👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
