相較於附近的華爾道夫，麗晶酒店內的客房設施比較陳舊，而服務尚可；酒廊早餐相對比較出彩，但下午茶和歡樂時光同樣乏善可陳。不過考慮到酒店較好的地理位置，對於優先需要滿足外出遊玩需求的客人而言，依舊值得入住
