連埋其他平台，一共訂了3晚房間，第一天太攰，沒留意冷氣在25度以上，到第二天晚上，發現冷氣仍然是25至26度，聯絡服務台要求處理，起初他們說來幫我開窗及給風扇給我，但之後氣溫也沒有降低，我要求酒店不用升級我，但要求換房，他們也處理得到，當中再聯絡及關心我們的感受，員工服務真的10分出色，但是酒店硬件真的要跟進一下。
