房間整潔，從近店開始，遇到的工作人員都很熱情，非常不錯

房間還好，很安靜，還有浴缸，乾濕分離。不能忍受的是，太熱了！大冬天不開空調都熱，沒有冷風。開了一晚上早晨起來嗓子乾的冒煙。窗户是不能打開的，有個把手也是壞的，可能本來也無法打開！
餐廳的飯不能説很豐盛但也可以，大堂工作人員很有眼力勁，積極主動，有位年長的工作人員蠻親切。大門口的工作人員還勸我進去等車外邊太冷。
住了三晚，特別表揚樓層吧枱三個小美女瑪措、美玲、鵬睿，人美心善，親和力滿滿，對我家兩個小娃很好，尤其有耐心逗我家小寶玩，服務也很周到。

第一間房有明顯的煙味，可能是前面的客人實在忍不住了。換了一間房，字台前的壁紙濺的紅酒讓人不得不浮想聯翩。第三次才換到了相對滿意且沒有聯通門的房間。五星級酒店有失水準。但有一説一，早餐和地理位置還是很不錯的。出行便利且周圍有很多吃飯的地方。

總體入住體驗很好，特別是前台，入住當天的黃迪鑫、劉暢，特別貼心，有求必應，有問必答。美中不足，客房的服務員有點迷糊，第二天問了三位都説不清楚早餐在幾層，最後還得是靠前台……
