The hotel is located on Wangfujing Street, with a very good location. You can walk directly to the Palace Museum, the National Museum and Tiananmen Square. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic and the service is very thoughtful. On my birthday on October 6, they also sent a cake to the room. The fruit in the room was also very fresh. I will continue to choose Mandarin Oriental Hotel when I come to Beijing next time.

Service: After staying for four consecutive days, the children were reluctant to leave. The hotel service staff are very enthusiastic and give people a home-like experience. I especially like the lady in a suit at Ziyuan Chinese Restaurant from October 3rd to 5th, and the lady in a suit who said goodbye when leaving the hotel on the 7th. It was very warm. Service should be the biggest feature, and it is responsive. The scene and cake were specially arranged for the child’s birthday. Every service staff in the restaurant will take the initiative to say happy birthday, which is rare! Hygiene: The cleaning service is meticulous and attentive without disturbing. The door is clean every day, and the night bed service is also very considerate. Environment: In the mall, the lobby is small and beautiful, and Wangfujing Pedestrian Street is outside, which is convenient to go anywhere. Facilities: The hardware is from the Hansgrohe Axor series, the audio is from Bose, and the skin care products are from Tiptyque. There is a reason why the room price is expensive. It can be seen that the software and hardware are very attentive. Will stay in the future.

The hotel breakfast is Western style, but that's not important. The main thing is that the terrace outside the restaurant is awesome! You can order your own food. You can also tell the waiter in advance what you want to eat. The service attitude is very satisfactory 👍 Especially the breakfast waiter, who is warm, thoughtful and meticulous 👍 It is close and convenient to the Palace Museum and Tiananmen Square, and it is only a 20-minute walk away.
