在北京呆了10天後覺得最好的酒店。酒店的早餐是一大特色，特別粵式早餐。作為一個廣東人都覺得不錯。整個酒店的服務都很好，效率也很高。特別是cassie的細心服務讓我有賓至如歸的感覺。

必須給酒店的服務點贊！從入住到退房全程貼心周到，入住辦理迅速，客房阿姨打掃得超乾淨，連細節都照顧到了。賓客關係的Cassie一直跟進我們的入住體驗，中途有小需求，響應快且解決得讓人滿意，員工都帶着真誠的微笑，像回家一樣舒服，這種服務體驗太加分了！可惜這次來看演唱會沒有時間多體驗酒店設施，下次還會再來的~

在朋友的強烈推薦下預訂了王府井文華東方酒店，Lina管家為我們提供非常專業的服務和細緻的講解，從開始辦理入住到退房的全過程讓我們感受到了賓至如歸的感覺。酒店的設施，軟件，地理位置各個方面都是非常絕佳，去哪裡都很方便！晚上可以去MO Bar喝杯東西，早晨起來看着故宮吃着早餐，屬於“老北京”獨特的浪漫，北京住過的酒店，都沒有這家文華給我們的體驗感好，下趟來北京依然會入住王府井文華東方酒店
