當之無愧北京TOP服務水準，還是很文華。第二次來住了，位置絕佳，設施很新，審美好。
前台和禮賓服務也很好，效率很高！
上次來趕早班機離店，前台沒人，打總機的電話才找到人，但服務確實很好，瑕不掩瑜。
美中不足在餐飲上，早餐種類少，半單點半自助，口味也一般。
晚上去了紫膳，顧客很多的情況下，服務員人手不足，服務完全跟不上。
出餐時間不告知，必點的烤鴨要等1小時20分鐘後才會上，太過離譜了。
不過感謝餐廳經理出來“救火”，感覺衹有她是夠專業的。
相對於其他城市的文華東方酒店來説，服務是很好的，餐飲水準還是欠缺。

I'm a fan. As a Beijing local, Mandarin Oriental Wangfujing is the first choice for business travelers and staycations. I am especially grateful to Cassie for her thoughtful service and for purchasing a lavender pillow. Among the many Mandarin Oriental hotels I have stayed in, the service of colleagues in Wangfujing made me feel more comfortable and at home. A few suggestions: add more space and equipment to the gym, make the minibar free, and have more breakfast varieties.

Wangfujing Mandarin Oriental really didn't disappoint me. I usually don't write reviews, but this time it's worth a review.
