The hotel is very conveniently located. There is a subway station at the lobby entrance and it is also very close to SKP shopping mall. The room is very clean and comfortable. It is a very cost-effective hotel

Отель не плохой, самый существенный плюс это расположение отеля - напротив выхода расположена станция метро. Метро это прям👍очень экономит время, нервы и деньги.
Автобусная остановка так же расположена рядом.
На первом этаже отеля можно решить вопрос с питанием - есть магазин 7/11, китайское бистро, BBQ бар, пекарня с прекрасной выпечкой и йогурты огонь,еще несколько закусочных. Рядом на соседней улице есть рынок, там всё есть и цены вас приятно удивят. Выходишь из отеля на право проходишь до дороги и идешь вдоль нее на сворачиваешь, через 300-500 метров на противоположной стороне рынок, перейти дорогу и вуаля, цены смешные, купить можно Всё.
В отеле приветливый персонал. Номер был хороший, на твердую 3.
Небольшой, уютный со всем необходимым: Кондиционер, Телевизор, чайник, фен. Чистый, приятный санузел без каких либо изъянов. Кровать очень удобная, матрац в меру жесткий, по 2 подушки на спальное место. ТВ только на Китайском, поэтому смотрели про животных, там всё понятно, без перевода! :) Окно выходило на соседний отель, но тем не менее было комфортно спать даже с открытым-уличный шум не мешал. По английскому персонал не говорит, поэтому позаботиться о переводчике и мобильной связи необходимо за ранее.
Приобрести необходимо транспортную карту Пекина, она продаётся у кассира при входе в метро на аэроэкспресс, там же её нужно и пополнить наличкой. Очень удобно для оплаты транспортных расходов метро, автобус, троллейбус, так же по ней можно оплатить общественные достопримечательности зоопарк, храмы, парки и т.д., но наличку и паспорт всегда с собой. В общем Пекин понравился!!!.

We chose Home Inn Neo because it was located very close to my daughter's apartment in Beijing. The facilities were exactly as described online, the staff were friendly and the room and public areas were all pristine. Our room was cleaned, towels changed and clean water provided every day. The only mishap that occurred was one evening when water began dripping from the bathroom ceiling from the room above. We reported this to the staff at reception and within 10 minutes a technician arrived to check on the problem, then went upstairs and resolved it. We were offered an alternative room but preferred to remain where we were. All in all, we were very happy with our stay and would not hesitate to book this hotel again for future visits.
