Facilities: Renovated and generally acceptable, rooms with windows are fine. The laundry room lacks laundry detergent, requiring guests to bring their own, and there's no place for guests to store clean clothes. Sometimes, I'm in a hurry to leave and can't wait for the clothes to dry. When I return to retrieve them, they've been left on a chair by other guests, leaving me to wash them for nothing. Cleanliness: Nothing particularly bad, but nothing particularly surprising. Some adults in the children's playground don't wear socks, which is unsanitary. Environment: The location is good, right on the main road, with easy access to takeout. There's an outdoor children's playground in the back for 39 yuan per person, which is not expensive, but there's not much to do and it's very hot in the summer. The small indoor children's playground has a fee, with just one slide and a bunch of ocean balls. Why not try a larger playground like Nailbao? It's not open to hotel guests; bathing guests can use it. Service: The front desk guy was okay and even gave me a free room upgrade. The rest of the lobby wasn't so good. During my seven-day stay, I encountered 70% of the lobby receptionists, and they were subpar. The men in black at the lobby were terrifying. No smiles on their faces. What kind of organization? The room service lady and the restaurant staff were quite nice.

Great hotel, the service is also super good now, it is going to be renovated, I will come back to experience it next time
