住過幾次了，很滿意！

入住登記的時候一個1.65米左右的戴眼鏡男員工，問問題更是聽不懂，所答非所問，同樣的問題問兩遍，服務貌似沒經過培訓。退房的時候，客人主動説：您好，退房。工作人員無反應，太不懂禮貌。總之服務太一般。房間設施老舊，唯一滿意的是有浴缸可以泡澡。早上吃飯，種類還挺多，但是味道衹能説一般般。沒有引位的，亂糟糟。

中秋帶孩子來雁棲湖，在幾家酒店之間猶豫，最終選擇老牌的日出東方，事實證明沒錯。位置絕佳，酒店三層平台出來就是湖邊，可以跑步騎車坐船，小朋友很開心。湖景房房間不大，勝在湖景，無可挑剔。早餐正常五星水準，該有的都有。唯一不滿意的是負一層小童樂園，關門時間太早（晚7點就關了），而且對住店客人還收費，個人認為完全可以免費。不過，瑕不掩瑜，來雁棲湖，選擇這裏一定不會出錯。

The location of the breakfast arrangement this time is a bit off, and it is not very convenient to get things. Breakfast hotels are all similar, and each hotel is similar. I especially want to praise the swimming pool. The constant temperature swimming pool is great, and there are enough of them to meet the needs of large, medium and small friends. In short, I am very satisfied with the overall situation and will choose this hotel next time.

設施整體比較老舊，服務還可以，早餐人比較多，餐品還可以。298一位的自助晚餐竟然沒有鮮榨果汁，感覺有點……
