Budget hotel is suitable for a short stay or if you need a hotel in this particular area and it is not expensive. Breakfasts are in a cafe 5 minutes walk away where even in the morning there are a lot of people and there is nothing for Europeans. The metro is also 5 minutes walk away, it is not a long way to the sights. They clean every day, the condition is a little run down but clean. We changed the room because of a strange smell in the original. I used the hotel only for an overnight stay so I can't say anything bad.
