I'm really speechless. This is the worst Xi'an Hotel I've ever been to. I stayed at Xi'an Hotel ten years ago. When I travel around the country, I will always choose Xi'an. But this time it feels really bad. 1. There is no space for even your feet in the room. It is very small. The bathroom space is extremely crowded. 2. The bathroom door is facing the bed. There is no blackout curtain on the window. The first ray of sunlight in the morning wakes people up directly. 3. The third bed is in a small compartment. The small compartment and the bathroom share a window, which means it is connected to the bathroom. People talking downstairs can be heard clearly. 4. The room is right at the elevator entrance. The door of the room is 20 cm away from the elevator door. The door of the room is not a door unique to Xi'an Hotel, but a simple and thin door. Everyone can hear clearly what they say, and the cleaning staff can also hear clearly when they are packing things at the door. When I asked to change rooms, they said, "There are only two parent-child rooms in the whole hotel, both in this location." . . It is not convenient to change hotels in Beijing during the National Day holiday. . . 5. The next morning, I went out and told the two cleaners to clean the room. When I came back in the afternoon, it was still not cleaned. I told the front desk that I would not clean now and would take a break and go out to clean in the evening. Just as I lay down, the cleaners came. I told them again, and they said they had to get off work at 4:30 and they were very tired after a whole day. . . In the next two days, the cleaning was just to run the water, pull the quilt, put the toothbrush, change the garbage bag, and not mop the floor or wipe anywhere. . .
