1. 房間有臭蟲，都在我眼皮底下明目張膽爬到身上了！這實在不能忍啊！！！
2. 客棧説明裡有免費接站服務，實際並沒有（當天到了火車站沒讓店家接站，因為帶了很多行李，問了店家第二天能否送去長城，拒絕（並不是旅遊高峯期，説是交通管制，是不是不知道，反正沒有接送服務），走到長城近2公里）
3. 房間大小明顯虛標，實際丈量最多10平米（3.5×2.5米），絕對沒有15平！
4. 沒有任何生活洗漱用品提供，被告知瓶裝水都需要花錢買
屬實是我住過最差的房間了，國慶期間近250一間的房費，簡直了，慎入勸退
