The room is very neat and clean. The aunt who received us was very nice. She even came downstairs to pick me up and was very considerate. She tried her best to meet our needs.
The location is also good, very close to various living areas, leisure areas and cafes.
Facilities: There is a washing machine. The water in the shower is also very hot. Although it is winter, the heating is very sufficient.
Hygiene: Clean, and the aunt cleans every day.
Environment: This is the only place that is a little unsatisfactory, because the neighbors next door sometimes drink at night, and the house is not soundproof when they are drunk, so they will be disturbed.
Service: The service is still very satisfactory

Everything was fine except for communication, as there is no reception and finding the "person in charge" is very difficult.
The rest was fine, the receptionist in the building is not very reliable.
The room had heating problems and they gave us another one without asking for it, the best thing about the accommodation.
