1. 空調半夜突然爆發出巨大、持續的金屬摩擦/零件鬆動異響， 大夏天晚上衹能關掉空調開着窗户睡覺，要不是陰天外面氣温稍微低一點不知道要怎麼睡覺，而且空調有時候還會漏水，水直接滴到桌子上
2. 燈光設計堪稱反人類，主光源直接放在床頭正上方，不管什麼時候開燈，都會有刺眼強光閃到眼鏡，連個床頭枱燈或者可調光這種基礎人性化設計都沒有，而且廁所的燈還和排氣扇綁在一個開關上，廁所有時候還會反味，要是半夜廁所反味、想開排氣扇，就衹能把廁所燈亮着嗎
3. 因為晚上睡的不好，到上午十一點半還在補覺（並未到規定退房時間），睡覺的時候突然被保潔員 “砰砰砰！”拍門聲粗暴驚醒，隔着門質問“是退房還是續住”，語氣生硬、充滿不耐煩，毫無尊重！ 被吵醒後嚇了一跳，頭昏腦漲，一點補覺的機會也沒有！
酒店雖然裝修的很漂亮，但是基礎設施和服務水平非常讓人失望，下次不會再來了！

設施上：設施很齊全，洗澡用的吹風機，一次性浴巾毛巾，牙刷牙膏小梳子，浴室內有洗髮水很好用，都有提供。
衞生及環境：環境很清新乾淨，室內無煙味刺鼻氣味，窗户可打開，窗外風景好，可以進行通風換氣。室內乾淨整潔，無蚊蟲。整體的綠色裝修看起來讓人很放鬆，清新舒適。
服務：服務及時周到，保潔阿姨打掃房間很快很乾凈，不影響個人休息。前台服務到位，響應迅速。WiFi覆蓋好，很穩定。
總體來説，入住體驗很好。周圍有便利蜂，麥當勞等提供快餐，離地鐵站也都很近。
