開始定了還有點擔心會不會比較老舊，實際入住後感覺性價比還是可以的，裏面是個園區，很大，有小湖，有各種葯材的種植區，可以帶孩子學習認識不同的葯材，整體景色也不錯，還有科技體驗館，體育館，帶孩子住也沒那麼枯燥，賓館設施沒有那麼新，但是還算乾淨，服務態度也很好，餐廳飯菜也不錯，整體性價比很高。離金海湖開車三分鐘路程，很近。

開始看評價説設施年代有點久，入住前也是有點擔心。實際入住真的滿意。首先安靜，在滿客的情況下，聽不到隔壁和樓上樓下聲音，夜晚更是園子裏靜悄悄，這是很多五星酒店都做不到的。風景怡人。餐廳點餐中規中矩不踩雷，早餐實實在在該有的都有。體育項目也不錯。節假日放鬆是個不錯的選擇。從性價比來看比很多五星酒店要安靜，乾淨，有誠意。

環境:有個很大的院子，溜達一圈心曠神怡，很適合養老的樣子。看介紹屬於北京市命題中心下面的單位，整體裝修屬於老國企風格，端正樸素。
服務:服務員態度都很好，遇到都會主動跟我們打招呼。入住送了早餐、贈送了VR體驗、三項體育項目體驗。
衞生:餐廳、大廳、以及房間內部的衞生間都很乾凈，這點讓我很滿意。床鋪也很乾凈。
我們為了去金海湖定的特惠三人間，性價比超高，物超所值，有機會還可以再來住！離金海湖景區挺近的，附近有好吃的農家院，推薦！
