The lack of heating is a major flaw. The central air conditioner is dry and noisy. There is no robot to deliver food to the room. The floor towel is a carpet which is unhygienic. There is only purified water in the room, no tea bags or coffee. The breakfast room is in another building and you need to go out and then go in.
