Family trip, there are 5 of us, 3 children, this was a great option for accommodation! Very convenient location - a couple of minutes to the metro from the exit of the apartment. The apartment has everything you need for your stay, a washing machine, a kettle, a stove, and, if necessary, utensils for cooking. Daily cleaning. Check-in and check-out was done remotely, which is very convenient. The apartment allowed our entire large family to comfortably accommodate. Of the minor disadvantages - we could not connect to the projector over the air, but this was not particularly necessary and important. I can definitely recommend it and would choose these apartments again on future trips.
There are several grocery stores around, including a 24-hour one, a pharmacy, cafes of various formats, including fast food (Burger King and KFC), several shopping malls and fashion boutiques.

The homestay is in a great location, right in the heart of Sanlitun, just steps away from Workers' Stadium subway station. It features a large balcony with a view overlooking the bustling city. The room comes with a washing machine, and there’s no need for a dryer—since Beijing’s weather is very dry, clothes hung on the balcony dry in just a few hours. We are not picky. We liked the apartment for its location (near the metro station, shop, shopping center, food establishments). The owner is very responsive and helped us with everything, gave us cutlery and a saucepan :) we liked everything very much. But keep in mind - the room in the photos is new and fresh, but in reality it is already tired and needs updating. In general, everything is good, but if you are not looking for luxury.
