Очень чистый большой номер, дети в восторге от игрушек и гамака. Есть все необходимое для проживания! До водного городка идти не более 5 минут! Шикарный вид из окна!
На все вопросы оперативно отвечают через трип.
Из минусов. Нет бутылок с питьевой водой. Персонал не владеет английским, но есть переводчик в телефоне, что делает общение доступным!
Отличное место для посещения стены и водного города!

態度百分百無論老闆還是員工均特別熱情。稍微有點潮濕，可能因為近期總是下雨，但早早給開上了除濕機。唯一問題就是不是獨棟別墅，疊拼上面還有別的家。我們住哪家晚上可鬧騰了。但老闆還是非常熱情

非常非常滿意，太多太多滿意地方了
1贊：剛訂好了酒店，王姐就加了我微信，發位置給我怕我找不到，也提前把車牌錄到系統了，到了北京已經10點了，姐姐早早在小區門口等我們。
2贊：提前詢問我孩子是男娃女娃，安排了美國隊長蜘蛛俠主題房間。
3贊：別墅在小區裏，滿滿煙火氣，出門就是便利店，小吃街，燒烤店，隔壁就是古北小鎮景點。
4贊：房間好到沒法形容，晚上我要帶孩子出去吃飯轉轉，他們都不願意走，説房間裏就可以玩一天，哈哈哈，滑滑梯，網網床，換裝秀，最主要房間乾淨，衞生，細節處理得好，洗髮水這些都是封口的，浴巾這些都是包裝上的，每個衞生間都有小童馬桶，很貼心。
5贊：最想説的，我是一個大馬虎，第二天從北京出發到山東，已經在濟南準備住下發現包不見了，趕緊聯繫王姐（她本人還在休息）請她幫我去找，包包裏不僅有現金還有幾張身份證，出生證明，卡……最後王姐幫我在燒烤店找到了，燒烤店老闆也是北京好爺們，立馬幫我給裏面現金轉成紅包發給我，另外把包郵寄給我。太感動太感動了！

趁着暑期的尾巴，帶孩子到古北水鎮週末遊，入駐古北雲築家庭親子別墅，體驗超出預期：
設施：房間內設施很齊全，也很新。
衞生：房間打掃得非常乾淨整潔。
環境：我們入住的房間在7層，視野很開闊。屋內設施佈局合理，非常温馨。酒店周圍各種超市，日常用品都能買到。早上起來100米附近就能買到早餐，儘管價格小貴，但品種很豐富，味道很好。
服務：尤其要稱讚酒店的服務，特別是前台的小姐姐。給我們靜心挑選了小豬佩奇的主題房間，由於我們隔壁房間臨時沒人住，也提供給我們，讓孩子在裏面玩玩具。我們出門找不到地方，耐心指引，還幫忙介紹送站的師傅。走的時候，我們在前台臨時休息等接站師傅，前台小姐姐非常熱情招呼孩子玩耍，還給我們送了礦泉水。
非常贊，孩子很喜歡，下次來還預訂這個酒店。

It is a whole unit for rent, depending on the theme that you choose. Ours are 2 bedrooms with loft bed. However, it defeated the purpose of having a loft bed as the loft was stuffy and basically no air con. Ended up, 6 of us have to squeeze in 1 king size and 1 queen bed. Rooms are more or less the same as in the advertisements. Some of the parts in the house are a bit run down and dusty but still alright. The owner was a friendly and accommodating lady. Thank you for hosting us.
