媽媽過生日，選擇入住前門文化東方。提前預訂，管家Karlie小梅就聯繫我們了，超級可愛的女孩，又漂亮熱情。給我們房間佈置的超級温馨。有什麼事給她説，解決的很及時。晚上去餐廳用餐，食材新鮮並且美味。工作人員也會按需求給我們安排分量，不會浪費。房間裏，温度適宜，乾淨整潔，而且很人性化的各種設施。早餐也很豐盛健康，服務人員會全部整理好。酒店的工作人員都很好，認真負責且熱情。下次有機會還會入住。

住在北京胡同裏，非常特別的體驗，接地氣。房間是個四合院，衞生非常好，新裝修的一點異味也沒有。每天都有送好吃的點心還有小禮物。管家Karlie小梅熱情貼心，隨時有需求都會積極迴應。餐廳也好吃。硬件軟件都很棒。有機會秋季夏季再來感受一下！

I stayed here last November and learned that it is a pet-friendly hotel. I brought An An back to stay here in January this year. I was so touched. When I entered the room, I saw the thoughtful pet decorations. There was a water bowl and snacks for An An, and a printed photo of An An, as well as a welcome letter for An An. The hotel's hardware is impeccable, the service is really meticulous, the staff are very enthusiastic, and they promptly respond to guests' needs and follow up to see if they have been resolved. My child loves the housekeeper Carla. The restaurant is really amazing. The dishes amazed me. I regret not going there on the first day so that I could have two more meals. The waiter was really discerning. He saw that we couldn't eat anymore and asked if we wanted to return the staple food that had not been served yet. I tried champagne for breakfast on the last day, which was served with king crab legs. I thought it would be the same as other places, and I was surprised to find that it tasted fresh and sweet. I will stay here again next time I go to Beijing.

I took my mother and dog to spend the New Year's Eve in a quiet Chinese courtyard, which reminded me of my grandmother's home when I was a child. As night fell and the lights came on, the room was warm in the cold winter. Every decoration was meticulous and full of details, with luxury and warmth. Thanks to the housekeeper Karlie for her thoughtful service throughout the whole process, which made us feel truly at home. It is pet-friendly and well-deserved. The dog's food, clothing, housing and transportation are all taken care of. I look forward to experiencing a different hutong scenery in a different season next time!

I came here from Chengdu to spend Christmas. The experience was great, just like going home. The housekeeper Xiaomai was very considerate and prepared surprises for us, paying special attention to details. I will definitely come back again. I was reluctant to leave.
