客房私密性很好，晴天坐在院子裏曬曬太陽發呆很愜意。有很多小細節。比如可以用電子屏幕看到門口的人保障安全，可以在客房內打開外圍大門；淋浴間的小鏡子做了防霧處理，客廳和卧室各備一個藍牙音箱。剛開業半年多，硬件也很新，質感沒得説，床品也很舒服。minibar烈酒以外全免，很有質感的洗漱包也可以帶走，有海外奢牌度假村的格局，在大陸很少見。 服務完美，太多細節都説不完。房間旁邊能看到有安保站崗巡邏。所有員工都很熱情，眼裡有活，關鍵是響應很快。房間散佈在衚衕中，很多時候出行需要靠酒店擺渡車，如果來的很慢就很影響體驗，但好在每次都很快，員工也都會提前詢問你需不需要叫車。昨天做完SPA之後，康體中心的員工還特地領着我走到了中餐廳，給我介紹酒店和沿途建築，非常熱情和貼心。提前添加微信建羣，提前發水療和中餐廳菜單供參考，所有問題都可以在微信發訊息馬上解決。管家Vicky回覆速度很快，我想要逛一下大堂，很貼心帶着我逛了一圈並且熱情介紹。怕我忘帶房卡，還特地在院子裏額外放了一張，考慮很周到。坐了11個小時飛機很累，酒店還幫我準備了一份簡單的早餐。入住酒店臨近生日，酒店也貼心準備了豐盛的歡迎禮，多到吃不完。之後在檐庭吃晚餐，還特地做了一份長壽麪，然後又送了一個蛋糕。早餐廳廚師看我要吃鍋貼，就説台上放着的已經涼了，重新給我做兩個。員工也都能記住客人名字，詢問入住體驗，聽到了好多次生日快樂hhh硬要説唯一的小小缺點就是一般開夜床的話浴缸旁邊最好也鋪上一塊毯子，這樣客人走出浴缸的時候就不需要踩地上了。 水療也很優秀，mo的水療確實沒得説，技師會適時詢問力度。 檐庭餐食也非常優秀，吃過三家mo的中餐廳並且都是輝師傅主理，檐庭遠勝過深圳的江灣，和廣州文華東方的江媲美。添茶很勤，上菜添茶都很有分寸感，不會打擾到客人。 酒店位置也很不錯，明顯觀察到附近很多咖啡館和餐館。同時獨門獨棟，打車收快遞應該都會很方便。 沒有缺點可言。

The hotel is in a prime location, and you can explore the historical features of Qianmen on foot. The quiet atmosphere in the bustling city is worthy of praise.
