Thanks to the hotel for upgrading to an executive room for free because of my first stay, and the meticulous care of the housekeepers Ethan and Melody, the experience was far beyond my expectations. The day before the check-in, I was pulled into the service group to learn about the itinerary, flight reservations and other information. When I arrived, the housekeeper was already waiting at the door. After completing the check-in, I was taken to the room by the shuttle bus. I explained that I was here for Valentine's Day, and the hotel also prepared Valentine's Day decorations in the room. During the stay, any needs can be solved immediately after mentioning them in the group. There are shuttle buses to and from dining, spas, bars, etc. Every night, the housekeeper will also inform the group of the special activities in the hotel the next day, and different snacks and small gifts will be delivered to the night bed. For takeout, you can directly choose the address to deliver it to your door in the courtyard where you are staying, and you can also set the address at the door when taking a taxi. The hotel is in a prime location and is within walking distance of all the attractions around the Forbidden City. The breakfast is rich in variety and the service is meticulous, and it can also be delivered to the room for free every morning. The courtyard is perfectly integrated with the old Beijing Hutong. You can see traces of residents' lives and the atmosphere of the market when you leave the courtyard. You can also see kittens running around on the roof from time to time in the courtyard. There are small surprises everywhere in the hotel, from hot tea at check-in and small souvenirs at check-out to warm and thoughtful care on call. I look forward to experiencing the different scenery and consistent service in the hotel next time I stay.
