The owner is very kind, the room was okay. The buildings is very close to the metro station but the quarter is pretty far away from the main attraction so if you’re planning to sightsee keep in mind that you need more or less one hour and an half to reach the place.
There is no reception so make sure to have all the information before the arrive.

I came here temporarily to find a house and lived here. The air conditioning was turned on very well and it was relatively quiet. The owner cleaned and arranged the room number in advance. You can eat takeout and some disposable items at the door, so you don't have to carry them yourself, which is quite good. The window is big and you can look out the window from the sofa. There is also a washing machine and a bed sheet sterilizer. Someone comes to clean every day. In short, it is a very well-managed, quiet and nice youth hostel.
