I stayed here for two nights. I was sure I had checked in on the first night, but when I returned to the hotel on the second night, the front desk called me over and asked me a lot of information. Even though I told them I had checked in, they didn't listen to me and took up my time. It was a very unpleasant experience.
The room itself was clean, but the service from the staff was not great, so I would like to avoid hotels in the same chain if possible.
