一如繼往，來京首選

As a loyal guest of the Rosewood brand, I have stayed at hotels under the Group, including Rosewood Hong Kong and Rosewood Sanya, and have always held a high recognition and trust in the brand’s consistent high quality service. However, my recent stay at the Rosewood Beijing was severely below expectations, especially in terms of service consistency and staff professionalism. The most unacceptable thing is that the cleaning staff has not been allowed to enter the room privately when the room has been set to the "Do Not Disturb" status and a prompt sign is suspended on the door. In addition, when dining at the first floor breakfast restaurant, individual service staff had a cold attitude and lacked basic service awareness. I had asked one of the waiters to help pour the coffee, but received no response; during the delivery process, when I asked "where is the sauce", he simply pointed in the direction and said "over there", which meant no help at all, let alone the enthusiasm or professionalism it deserved. This service staff told him that he needed coffee and there was no reply at all. I thought he was a deaf and dumb person. This is a huge drop from my dining experience at Rosewood hotels in other cities. It is worth mentioning that the service team at Manor Club on the seventh floor was excellent, with friendly, professional and responsive staff, reflecting the standard of service Rosewood deserves. Because of this, I more deeply felt the lack of service philosophy and execution by some of the service staff on the first floor, which was inconsistent with the brand image. As a hotel brand positioned at the ultra-high end, service consistency is the most basic requirement. I sincerely hope that you will take this feedback seriously, handle the relevant service issues seriously, strengthen employee training and management, and ensure that every guest enjoys the same high standard of service experience in every space of Rosewood

The room was unhygienic. The table was covered in dust, the floor was covered in lint, and there were obvious handprints on the lunch boxes. Complaints about the Reservations Department: 1. Double Standards: Rena, Luna, and Zhang gave different upgrade prices for the same room type, offering no reasonable explanation and simply using "system display" as an excuse. 2. Rude Hang-Ups: They repeatedly hung up on me before I could finish my sentence, even hanging up on their own front desk colleagues. 3. Emotional Outbursts: They were impatient and heavily influenced by personal negativity throughout their work. The quality of the reservations staff is inconsistent with the Rosewood brand image and starkly differs from that of staff in other departments. This has severely damaged the brand's high-end image and is extremely disappointing. We recommend that they provide more training!
