作為 Rosewood 品牌的忠實客人，我曾多次入住貴集團旗下酒店，包括香港瑰麗和三亞瑰麗，對貴品牌始終如一的高品質服務一直抱有高度認可與信任。然而，我最近在北京瑰麗酒店的入住體驗卻嚴重低於預期，尤其在服務一致性與員工專業性方面，存在明顯短板。
最令我無法接受的是，我在房間已設定“請勿打擾”狀態且門上懸掛提示標識的情況下，保潔人員仍未經允許私自進入房間，這一行為不僅違背了最基本的服務規範，更對客人的私隱權造成了極大侵犯。
此外，在一樓早餐餐廳用餐時，個別服務人員態度冷淡，缺乏基本的服務意識。我曾請求其中一位服務員幫忙倒咖啡，未得到任何迴應；在送餐過程中，我詢問“醬油在哪”，他衹是簡單指了個方向説“在那邊”，完全沒有幫助的意思，更沒有應有的熱情或專業。這位服務人員跟他説需要咖啡也完全沒有回覆，我一度以為是聾啞人員。這與我在其他城市 Rosewood 酒店的就餐體驗相比，落差極大。
值得一提的是，七樓 Manor Club 的服務團隊則表現非常出色，人員親切、專業、反應迅速，體現出 Rosewood 應有的服務水準。正因如此，我更深刻地感受到一樓部分服務人員在服務理念與執行上的缺失，與品牌形象不符。
作為一家定位於超高端的酒店品牌，服務一致性是最基本的要求。我真誠希望貴方能夠正視此次反饋，嚴肅處理相關服務問題，加強員工培訓與管理，確保每一位客人在 Rosewood 的每一處空間都能享受到同等高水準的服務體驗

房間衞生不好，桌上一層浮灰，地板上毛絮到處可見，餐盒上手印明顯。
投訴預訂部：
1. 政策雙標：同一房型預訂，Rena、Luna、張姓員工給出不同房間升級差價，無法合理解釋，僅以“系統顯示”搪塞；
2. 粗暴掛斷電話：多次未等我説完話直接掛電話，甚至也會直接掛斷自己前台同事的電話；
3. 情緒失控：全程不耐煩、嚴重帶有個人負面情緒工作，預訂部員工的素質和瑰麗品牌形象不符，和其他部門員工簡直天差地別，嚴重損害了品牌高端形象，令人特別失望，建議加強培訓！
