Staff was very kind. Though not speaking any english. We were checked-in in a different (private) room than we had booked. Staff offered us a discount and a bowl of fruits for the inconvenience. After three months of traveling through middle-east and central Asia, this hostel was the dirtiest we’ve seen. The kitchen (next to our room) was appalling. The shared bathroom smelled like the public ones in the city. When confronted to these problems the staff indicated that their cleaning lady is on leave and that the very sweet elderly woman present had to deal with everything (which was definitively too much). No effort was made to improve the situation during our stay. Overall the hostel pictures on this app are very dated. It appears that high prices and low standards are a general issue in Beijing.

We gave you a great discount and you accept the offer to stay. if you really feel upset about our service and environment, you can do early check out and we can fully refund you. You should surely know that at this price you barely can find any hotel in Beijing, thus why you stay our hotel for 5 nights. Having taken our great deal offer but and then give us a bad comment at the end is really not a good manner. Regarding your comments, first we do not offer any food/kitchen service to our customers, so why do you so care about the service that you do not mean to have! also your room comes with private bathroom and toilet, and you do not need to use the public ones. Why are you so obsessed with the public ones? Many our customers like our enviroment and they use the public bathroom to take shower and they do not give us a bad comment. but you even do not use them, and you give us a bad comment. so i am really confused about what excatly you are looking for. pls be nice to others and do not be mean. life is already hard enough. pls be nice. thanks really aggreciate it.

There is a separate shower room and bathroom. The bathroom has ONE toilet bowl. The cleanliness of the bedding was clean(7/10), but it was a little hot even with the air conditioner on. It’s not bad to sleep for a day or so. It was nice to keep my luggage

This hostel is fine for solo travellers. It was clean and service was good, a little bit distant but Subway is within 1 km. A lot of restaurants nearby.

It was quiet and comfortable place to sleep. Staff was friendly. Baths were clean and their quantity was sufficient. Good and large common area to have a dinner or rest with nice city view.

Do not come here!!! Disgusting bathroom, dirty, flooding, had to ask for toilet paper every time we needed it. Was not happy

I booked three nights but stayed only one. The common areas were quite dirty, lots of personal belongings of guests laying around, hair and trash everywhere. There was no toilet paper, no towels, barely any warm water. The whole place looked like it used to be modern and clean, but they didn’t maintain it that way. I didn’t enjoy my time there and changed it for another place.

And if you feel the water not hot enough you can come to us and we can help you out but not give us a bad comment!! Also you mension the trash is all around the commmon area?? that is totally not true!! we have clean and big commen are for people study and dinning, and all of our customers like our public area!! No toilet paper no towels no .... PLS come to our front desk and ASK FOR HELP!! THAT IS NOT A PROBLEM! DO COME TO US AND WE CAN HELP YOU OUT! Next time pls do come to us for help first and we are open to talk.

Very friendly staff, but a translator app is recommended as everywhere else in china. The curtains at the beds provide some privacy. A bit far away from the next subway station but bus stations are close.

The hostel is alright. It's a bit hard to find as the signs are a bit hard to spot. It's located next to an internet café which may explain the lingering strange smell within the rooms. I arrived late at night after everybody used the facilities and the cleaners didn't have time to go through. There were things like toolboxes in the washimg basins, hair clips in the showers. The top of the beds and showers were really dusty. The location is fine, the subway is not far. Service was very diligent. The other guests are very kind and friendly. It's a nice atmosphere among the guests. For the price, it's an alright stay in Beijing.
Response from Property: hi my friend, about the dusty in bathroom probably because of the late night, and the cleaner has been off her office hour. We usually do the cleaning couple times a day but indeed the cleaner off office hour after 8 pm. Wish you have a wonderful trip in China❤️

The building smells like cigarette smoke. Even non smoking room has the leak of cigarette smoke smell.

Clean place that looks new. Good location not far from the subway station. A lot of restaurants nearby. Staff was helpful. I would come back.
