衹有一樓的房間，貼近小學，放學的時候挺吵的！不過晚上還是比較安靜，周邊主要是住宅區。整體還是挺好的

The rooms were comfortable. The location is one of the best. Everything is walkable distances. The staff was very welcoming. A little on the pricier end. However, the location makes up for it. I will stay there again in the future.

There was a lot of dust on the floor in the room. Other aspects were pretty good. The location is very close to Sanlitun. Line 6 and Line 10 are very close and very convenient. The breakfast was average. Basically, the breakfasts at all Seasons hotels are like this. The toilet in the bathroom was very good.
