整體很舒適，乾淨整潔，在落日吧享受雁棲落日確實非常愜意，天空之鏡拍照點很出片，工作人員免費提供拍照服務，餐飲很不錯，早餐種類雖然不算多，但是味道都不錯，可以直接從酒店進入北山棧道，很方便。

不是很好，我比較少寫中差評
首先，辦理入住非常慢，入住後，我打電話問了客房服務，我們兩間房間的迷你吧是否收費，客房服務人員均説是收費項目。但我確認攜程的套餐中包含了免費迷你吧，我説，是需要我在攜程中問一下嗎？在掛了我的電話，他們確認了20分鐘後，給我回了電話，説我們兩個房間的迷你吧均免費。我不知道這20分鐘之間發生了什麼。
第二，我們的房間中含晚餐，辦理入住後，我打電話到中餐廳預約晚餐。電話裏工作人員説無需預約，到時候來就行，等到晚上我們去的時候，中餐廳不接待，説修改成自助晚餐了，要到樓下用餐。等到我們一行人下去時候，1樓自助餐廳也説不接待，我們溝通後才讓我們在自助餐廳用餐。自助餐廳非常非常小。經常出現空盤情況。
第三，住了一夜，第二天早上7點左右就開始打鼓了。非常吵，中午退房後按金晚上還未退回，於是我又打電話給他們，經過確認後，剛剛收到了按金。
優點也衹是一個新酒店，設施設備還是新的，水壓也比較好。上週住了凱賓，下次還是選擇凱賓。。至少可以保障服務。

訂房時提前就告知酒店有坐輪椅的長者，安排的房間離電梯最遠、最頂頭的房間，真是無語了！另外酒店外面花園的路對殘障及長者很不友好，沒有無障礙通道，管理細節有待提高！
