Best location! The apartment has a great view and is spacious but some necessary kitchenware was missing. Cups were not washed. The washing machine was leaking water. Heating system was not working and I contacted the person in charge of the apartment. He responded to my chat immediately and fixed the heating system in a few hours.
I recommend this apartment. It was comfortable.

The reception is done with the caretaker who calls a person for the check-in. The apartment is comfortable and very bright with a beautiful view. We have upgraded to a three-bed suite, which is a bit shabby, but the location is really good. It is in the business district, with all food and drinks available. The hotel location is good. There are many shopping malls and restaurants nearby, and there is a western-style pub. The owner of the hotel is very quick to respond and kind. I accidentally broke the washing machine handle, but they took care of it without any additional cost. I was very sorry, but they didn't make a big deal out of it. Thank you so much. They also extended the check-out time to 2 p.m., so I was able to travel comfortably on my last day. I don't think there is any place in the middle of the city where a family of three can comfortably rest and do laundry at this price.
