Siye Homestay (Sanlitun Gongti Branch)

Appartamento in ottima posizione, vicino alla fermata metro (Workers Stadium) ed al quartiere molto carino Sanlitun. Il proprietario è stato da subito molto disponibile ad accontentare tutte le richieste, aiutandoci in tutto. Molto bravo a consigliare anche l’autista per andare alla muraglia cinese. Pechino è molto grande, deve essere girata con la metro o DiDi, ma l’appartamento resta comunque in una bella posizione. Super consigliato!

Pros: - Convenient location. Downstairs is a shopping mall with a variety of restaurants. A subway station is a few hundred meters away. - Cleanliness is excellent. Cleaning is done daily, and you can inform the housekeeper of your specific cleaning requirements. - The housekeeper was very attentive and responded promptly. - The stay was very comfortable, like home. The bedding was excellent. There was also a washing machine and refrigerator. Cons: - The apartment may be slightly smaller than the stated area, but it's more than enough for one or two people. - Because it's an apartment building, if someone upstairs were moving furniture or jumping around, they would hear it. Fortunately, the housekeeper immediately contacted the property management to quiet down the upstairs area.

The room facilities are excellent: clean, complete, and comfortable. It's close to delicious restaurants, lots of coffee shops, and bakeries. Overall, it's excellent. The amenities include a complete range of toiletries, clean towels, cool air conditioning, and a well-functioning water heater. The apartment owner is also very cooperative. We'll be back there on our next trip.
