12月29日是我續住的第一個晚上，我於晚上10点回到酒店，先到前台刷房卡，然後準備上去房間，但是在電梯內刷卡不成功，於是回到前台查問，職員再把房卡刷一下，但在電梯內刷卡仍然不成功，於是再回到前台，他提供了另一張房卡叫我試試，但仍不成功，於是那職員直接用他的卡幫我刷電梯上樓，但是我在房間門刷卡時同樣不成功，須要再次回到前台，最終這職員直接用他的卡幫我刷电梯上樓，再用他的卡刷房間門讓我進入。這樣來來回回浪費了大概15分鐘，不知道什麼回事？
第二天到前台再跟進才解決了此問題，令人費解。

這個房間我續住了兩次，第一次是續住兩晚，續住的第一個晚上8点半我回到酒店，發現缺乏瓶裝水及短毛巾，於是打電話去前台要求補充，但是等了一个半小時還未提供，再次打電話去前台投訴時才馬上跟進。當時已是晚上10点。
物料補充是最基本的酒店服務，但是做不好，客人須要在房間長時間等待物料補充，影響休息。

酒店位置不錯，距離地鐵不是很遠，環境也不錯，衞生乾淨，床有點硬，周邊環境比較安靜，跨年後住起來很方便的，去各大商業中心都很近
