設施：房間寬敞明亮，客廳、卧室和泡池是分開的，還有門隔開，很有私隱感。水壺SMEG的，戴森吹風機。套房自帶小院，有露營椅，傍晚在小院聊天乘涼很愜意。
温泉：酒店是天然温泉，室內室外兩個泡池，水不限時不限量，酒店準備了浴鹽和玫瑰花瓣。
餐飲：早餐是自助形式，種類不算多，比較精緻。酒店有中餐廳和日式小酒館，周圍有餐廳街和大排檔。
服務：管家熱情接待，入住期間的各種需求響應都非常及時，有什麼問題都可以在管家羣裏説，馬上就有人解決，很貼心。
位置：昌平區温都水城附近，自駕或打車很方便，酒店有停車位，很省心。
其他：酒店提供一份小甜品，還安排了像漢服體驗和拍照這種活動。
總體而言，體驗還不錯，以後休息了想度假還會來。

帶父母第一次來水城一瓢泡私湯，因為懷孕了到店後還特意給我們升級了套房， 室內室外各有一個湯池，環境衞生都很乾凈，電視也有會員，細節很到位，服務也非常貼心，全家人都一致好評，湯池很乾凈，一看就是用心經營了，這裏的每位工作人員都很熱心， 有種回家的感覺，下次還會再來的。老公説如果能充值都可以辦個長期會員了。希望一直保持下去，生意越來越好！
