房間不錯，很乾凈，適合家庭住，吃飯又方便地鐵站又近，去天安門，王府井很方便，樓下有個賣燒餅的味道確實很不錯。

Full marks to the front desk and room service. They were very helpful and responsive, especially the handsome guy at the front desk. He patiently and enthusiastically answered all my questions, a special mention! However, there were quite a few shortcomings. On our first night, after a three-night stay, I used the hotel's bath towels as usual. As you can see in the picture, when I opened them, there was dirt on them, just tossed aside. It was truly shocking! This was the first time I'd ever encountered such a situation. Also, the toilet paper was leftover from a previous visit. Shouldn't they be changed after each guest? Furthermore, there were small flies in the bathroom and guest room, which looked like moth flies from the sewer. I can't say enough. On our second night, after we returned from a shopping trip, the air conditioner, which hadn't been turned on, filled the room with a truly awful smell. It was like someone had used the toilet and not flushed it. The air conditioner had been on for a long time, and it took a while to get used to it. We just had to make do with it on our third night. Breakfast was okay, but many dishes weren't even served until after 7:00 PM, which needs improvement. All of this is to be honest. The hotel's cleanliness needs more than just a little improvement; it's simply unbearable.

The hotel has all the necessary facilities. The laundry room is also very convenient, which solved the problem of me only bringing clothes for three days but staying for 6 days. The nearby subway is about 8-10 minutes' walk away. The receptionist was very polite. My adapter was not working and the receptionist happened to lend it to me. The socket in the room also has a USB port, which is very convenient. The breakfast in the morning was ok. The overall stay was very comfortable. The room is large and comfortable. I recommend it.
