Beijing Xiangzhi Homestay (Miyun Resort)

This B&B is very good, with warm service, nice environment, suitable room temperature, and very close to Nanshan Ski Resort. It also provides free round-trip shuttle service to the ski resort, and there are many cats in the yard. I like it very much and will come again.

The room has a good design and is very close to the ski resort. It was a bit cold on the first day, but it was fine after turning on the air conditioner and adding an electric heater all day on the second day. The sanitation was not cleaned very well, and there was dust on the edge and inside the bathtub. I also found insects that looked like spiders on the bed. The service attitude was good and the response was very timely. They helped me buy ski tickets and rent equipment. The ski tickets were standard prices, and the price of renting equipment was reasonable. The original price for four people was 1,200, and they reduced it by 200. But I personally think the price of the coach they helped to hire is unreasonable. One-on-two is 400 for one hour and 800 for two hours. The staff of the homestay told me that it would be more expensive if I hired it in the ski resort. But the next day I went into the ski resort and found that it was actually cheaper inside. The price was clearly marked, 360 for one hour and 600 for two hours. I came back and told the homestay about this, and they explained to me that they hired a senior coach, so the price was a little higher, so that was fine. In short, I think the cost performance is slightly lower.
