枱燈插座插上就掉，很多設施比較老舊，衞生情況也一般，飯菜還是比較滿意的

親子房房間寬敞，床也比較舒適，飯菜味道比較可口。衹是房間異味大，房間設施維修不及時，空調是壞的，房間温度在開着暖氣的情況下勉強19度，孩子在房間穿着薄羽絨服，有點影響體驗。熱水器儲水式的，不是即熱式的，但沒有提前説明，幾個人洗澡最後突然變涼水，最後用暖水壺燒水給孩子沖乾淨了泡沫。
