Beijing Haidian District 5-star Hotels

Every thing was very good except the WiFi. The WiFi connection was so bad that it constantly disconnected the WeChat calls and took long time to send messages. I went to the front desk asking about it, they confirmed that it was like that and they wouldn’t be able to do everything.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Beijing世纪 金源酒店and I cannot say enough about the outstanding service provided by the hotel manager, 王丹丹。From the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, seamless, and enjoyable. Ms. Wang was professional, attentive, and always available with a warm smile and helpful advice. Whether it was accommodating a special request, providing great local recommendations, or simply checking in to make sure everything was perfect, her dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction. What truly stood out was her genuine care and attention to detail. She made me feel not just like a guest, but like a valued member of the hotel family.

Excellence experience from Hotel arrangements especially Ms Zoe's and my parents have a wonderful anniversary celebration in Beijing. Suggest to change the kettle and hair dryer in hotel room.

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, but the real highlight was the luggage storage service. Special thanks to Bob Chen, Lei Chen and Yuchen Hou for their excellent help. They stored my bags securely for almost 12 hours. Friendly, efficient, and professional! Would definitely stay again just for the great service. Highly recommend!

Reception, housekeeping and gym attendent were very helpful n friendly. Paid almost same price for another inn n the experience is much much better. Far from forbidden city but didi at around $8 can get you there. Welcome drink and daily breakfast good value. Return to clean and tidy room daily. Thank bixia. Aircon difficult to control. Warm in the room at time.

Hotel is nice and modern. room is very comfortable. It's a bit too warm in the room during winter stay. But I could cope by openning one window. overall excellent hotel and great service. 特别感谢 门卫小徐，服务非常棒。有两次我的快递送到了隔壁唯实大厦，大冷天小徐帮我去取，还送到房间，非常感动。 总之非常好的入住体验。会强烈推荐给其他人。

Good international chain, the bedding is particularly comfortable, the bathroom facilities are a bit old, the location is good, travel is convenient, the food is standard but not wrong

The hotel lobby is very beautiful and grand. The design of the main entrance is very unique. The flowers in the lobby are so beautiful, and they are all real flowers. The service staff are also very warm and friendly, especially Manager Xiao Mao at the front desk. The afternoon tea snacks in the lobby bar are delicious and unique in shape, full of Chinese style. I will come again on business trips in the future.

Entering the hotel, people feel calm and relaxed. The courtyard of the Chinese restaurant area is surrounded by ginkgo trees and springs. It is a Chinese garden style, with tea and chat, and a gentle breeze. The guest rooms are surrounded by another courtyard, shaded by green trees, without any noise, which fully guarantees the quality of sleep. It is great. The room is large, well-planned, and has a small reception area, which reflects the careful design! The quality of the breakfast is very good, a fusion of Chinese and Western, and the Cantonese tea is very authentic. From the spatial narrative to the detail carving, this hotel confirms the life philosophy of ”hiding in the city” everywhere, and it deserves to be included in the recommended list of boutique hotels.

Facilities: 5 points The gym facilities are very good and there are indeed many people. The swimming pool has two lanes, and there are many beginners taking classes. There is nothing wrong with the room facilities, but it is a bit regrettable that there is a single basin and no smart toilet. Service: 4.5 points Half a point was deducted. I saw on the bulletin board near the elevator that the hotel bar had bread and dessert blind boxes (18:00-22:00). After we went to the bar, the service staff pretended not to know and said that there was only a half-price event, and we just had to go back to take pictures. If you don’t want to sell cheaply, you can not participate in the event. There is an event that is obviously available, but you still pretend not to know. Later, after further questioning, you admit that there is an event, and reluctantly help us pack bread. It’s really boring👎👎 The service attitude of the front desk, gym, lounge, and room service is very good, and the concierge has no contact. Hygiene: 5 points There is no big problem, and the guest room still has a slight smell, especially in the cabinet. Environment: 5 points The lounge can overlook the Olympic Forest Park, and there are several small meeting rooms with a good learning atmosphere. The design of the public area is also very good. The hotel is inspired by horses and unifies many visual design elements.
