經常帶孩子出來旅行，這個酒店是我必須點讚的👍合理的價格管家式的服務，酒店工作人員很貼心的讓我延時退房還沒有收取額外費用，酒店設施也很棒，孩子特別喜歡，下次來北海肯定會再次選擇，另外出酒店幾分鐘的沙灘也超級棒，去潿洲島都沒有撿過這麼多螃蟹🦀️

房間乾淨！周圍環境優美，近銀灘200多米，可以去海灘多趟，早餐豐富，可自助洗衣、烘乾。贈送的下午茶很精緻，接送站服務、提醒早餐等非常貼心！酒店不會與顧客計較早餐人數、送的物資多少等，為顧客着想！

因為同學之前住過，我懶得挑就選了這裏。周邊沒有什麼吃逛的地方。走路 20-30 分鐘到僑港風情街。出門有租電動車，幾分鐘到銀灘。有泳池，比較小。房間裏有很多上上下下的台階，不太方便。投影沒有説明，嫌麻煩就沒用。衞生間透光，窗簾在衞生間裏面，毛巾遠離淋浴房，淋浴房門從內打開費勁，浴缸周圍的石子容易踢到，隔音略差。
工作人員很熱心，早餐非常棒，燒鴨粉很好吃

全家六口出行北海，選擇銀灘附近的酒店，這家性價比最高，三層閣樓户型，冷氣很足不會熱，酒店設施完備，早餐超級豐富，喜歡酒店前台的接待，很熱情周到，有歡迎下午茶滿足愛吃甜點的小朋友味蕾，出門伴手禮海鴨蛋，贊，唯一有遺憾的事情就是2期待的趕海活動就在銀灘裏，沒有什麼貨。
