能在陽台看到海，還是得住得樓層高才行。老闆比較佛系，有一天早上被熱醒，發現沒電了，聯繫老闆結果是忘記交電費了😂

老闆人超級好，免費給我們升級了房型。房子陽台直麪大海，確確實實的海景房，下樓步行幾分鐘就是海灘，超級方便。房間超舒適，而且很大，設施很完善，還配有冰箱和微波爐👍住的地方離老街和僑港很近，去過很方便的。

房間寬敞整潔乾淨，出入很方便，一出門便是金灘，去老街，海絲首港也不遠，老闆是個帥哥，如果要選擇住在北部灣一號別猶豫就選這家。

房間特別好!乾淨整潔!圖片實物完全相符，甚至實物更好!現在找到個跟圖片相符的真的不容易。
地理位置優越，下樓就是過個馬路就是金灘，非常方便!!
