服務棒棒噠，能提前對接接送站，前台服務熱情，接站的小帥哥幫着拿行李，講解酒店服務，早餐不錯，最好的就是酒店地理位置在山上，拍照很出片哦。

房間設施不錯，酒店環境相當好，海景露天泳池開放到晚上11點，逛了一天累了回來遊個泳看星星真的很放鬆。房間不多但是酒店的花園面積大，園林景觀很nice。菠蘿蜜掛得低低的，觸手可及。前台林經理和龔經理非常熱情，不僅免費升房，還直接從樹上摘了兩個超大菠蘿蜜送我們，撐到飽。一次很棒的酒店體驗！

我們去年帶着父母來過，環境服務很好。這次暑假帶着小孩又重新來了一次。因為去年的時候大堂經理跟我們説今年初會重新計劃裝修沒想到一來還是如此壓根是哄騙。但餐廳的水平上漲了，前台的服務一如既往的好她們會提前一天聯繫接碼頭其中有一位小姑娘説話很平和挺温柔細心，會告知島上的天氣準備防曬用品，比另外兩個女前台説話讓人更加舒服沒那麼的嗲。可惜龔小姐説她休假了。再度希望貴酒店重新裝修設施後生意興隆
