一來就給個入住指南讓我們自己找房間，我們剛剛從南寧方特玩過來的，很累，沒説明白是幾樓，根本找不到，想退房不讓退，沒入住也不讓退。強行讓我們住了一晚，馬桶帶屎，還沒有一次性馬桶套的房間。後來平台給調解了。還好點。到了晚上睡覺，被子一股發黴的味道，鞋櫃也很臭。很多設備已經破舊，插座很多用不了。比較失望。唯一好的就是視野不錯。

下定單16:22，付完款發現距離銀灘12公里，2分鐘後果斷提出退房，商家拒絕，聯繫後告知該訂單不可退。仔細看，確實有這樣的規定，不可退。向商家解釋後，一個母親帶兩個孩子，距離確實遠，確實粗心沒看到不可退條款，商家説要退必須收30%的違約金。不知道大家看後如何感想，316元不算多，肯定不會入住，但確實對去哪兒和北海失望，可以説絲毫沒有把消費者當消費者看待，規定自己定！條款自己設，果斷投訴，自認倒黴，永遠不會再來北海！順便説一句，酒店接電話的是一口濃郁的東北口音，態度不能説好，就是一個，單子不可能退，註明了，誰讓你沒注意！

總體很好，房間乾淨，離海邊近，周圍購物吃飯都方便。而且味道不錯。就是沒有電視遙控板，娃兒些就曉得耍手機。老闆説按電視上的按鈕開關，可以打開，但是不能換台😂😂❤酒店非常不錯，各方面服務都細緻周到，適合入住#位置交通#性價比不錯，我們住的很舒服。

訂這家酒店要慎重，我們是3家人同行的，我們這間老闆給我們升級了，其他兩家剛開始給我們的裝修風格真的很不行，當時看到價格可以，而且能看海，還有就是其他酒店呢沒有太多的房，所以選擇的這家，我們朋友還帶了小孩，簡直無法入住。總結：1.衞生很差，極差，很多蟑螂2.床單很臭，然後讓老闆換了之後，發現是枕芯的問題，真的臭來沒法入睡。3.而且我們住的廚房有個窗户，雖然有遮擋的，外面樓道能看到裏面，還很清楚。慎重！慎重！！慎重！！！選擇，如果衹要求價格，不要求衞生的那些的可以選擇。

第一晚住31樓到處發黴，反應了一下，説是給我們免費升級到8樓，進去裏面潮濕的不行，也有發黴的地方，除了窗外西海景不錯，其他體驗真的很糟糕，非常建議不要入住公寓，這裏寫了公寓酒店，其實就是公寓，真的真的真的不要來這，酒店軟件上的圖都是假的，實際上完全不同。
