The staff were very welcoming and helpful, there was plenty of fruit and drinks available. The accommodation was adequate and clean. Location is ideal for the south of the island and the northern sights are not far away.

位置十分優越。門前小路右轉出去100米就是石螺口海灘，拍日落很好，沙灘屬於可下海區域，有水上項目。 民宿沒電梯，不過行李會有工作人員主動幫拿上樓。大堂桌上常備香蕉和梨 客人可以隨便吃，還有冰水和常温水免費拿 。民宿有免費碼頭接送 工作人員會根據船班安排接送。島上出行，電動車很方便，租電動車也可以跟民宿工作人員説，他幫忙聯繫 車行老闆會送車上門，停旁邊的車棚裏，還車可選擇將車停車棚。早餐很豐盛，標配粉一碗 雞蛋一個，油條 蒸紫薯，豆漿自取，中晚餐價格比較實惠。名宿設施稍顯陳舊，衞生情況尚可，提供一次性馬桶墊 總之就是民宿級的衞生水平吧 房間可以

民宿不在村裡，所以比較安靜，晚上睡覺好安靜。接送碼頭很準時，很省心。早餐有油條，粉，紅薯等也吃的不錯。前台有梨和香蕉，梨是北海買來的，很好吃。離火山地質公園較近可徒步前往。

位置十分優越，門前小路出去100米就是石螺口海灘，沙灘屬於可下海區域，有水上項目，沿着海灘一直走連着美食街，有很多好吃的，從民宿屋後小路走，200米就直接到美食街，如果不想走沙灘的，就可以走條道。民宿沒有泳池和電梯，不過行李會有工作人員主動幫拿上樓。大堂桌上始終備着三盤滿滿的水果，橘子香蕉和梨，客人可以隨便吃，還有冰水和常温水免費拿。民宿有免費碼頭接送，前台在入住前會聯繫你加微信，要船班時間，安排接送，也會提醒你買船票。下午有免費帶客人去南灣市場買海鮮，不過我們自己去南灣玩了，就沒有跟着去了。島上租電動車也可以跟民宿老闆説，他會安排車行聯繫，我們租了個小**車，純為了好看又好玩，但爬坡實在沒勁，得推着走，車技不好，上坡尤其要小心，建議直接單人開足馬力騎上坡或推上坡，如果後座和側兜坐人的話，很容易在半坡上熄火然後滑坡掉下去，比較危險。平道上和南灣街開着吹吹海風還是很愜意舒適的，速度也夠用，最高可以到30碼，一天下來電還是夠的。車行老闆會送車上門，停在隔壁藍海的院子裏，還車也可以直接把鑰匙留給民宿老闆代還，但要跟車行商量好按金退還方式。小**一天租金150，按金500，還車退押還是很神速的。衞生情況還是略帶改進，咖啡杯裏都有明顯殘漬，好的是提供一次性馬桶墊和一次性泡澡袋，總之就是民宿級的衞生水平吧。房間可以看到海也可以看日落，不想去沙灘上擠的話，可以邊泡澡邊看日落。民宿老闆代訂的正宗烤香蕉雞特別美味，168/衹，送到還熱乎得很，特香，皮脆。如果下次再去潿洲島，還是會考慮這家民宿，去哪個景點都方便。

看了很多民宿才選定的一家店，老闆人超好！水果和飲用水都是免費的，雖然店裡沒有電梯，但是老闆都會幫我們上下行李的，完全不用擔心，並且離石螺口沙灘超近的，走路幾分鐘就到了！看夕陽超美的！而且晚上還很安靜，不吵！入住期間老闆還會帶我們一起去買海鮮，價格也很實惠！各種問題也會很細心的回答！下次上島還要來！

酒店距離石螺口海灘非常近，可以穿着泳衣到海邊，海灘的落日和晚霞都好美！房間整潔，很有氛圍感。大廳温馨敞亮，全方位考慮了茶室、閲覽室、休憩室、等候區的功能。小茶几上提供了水果、礦泉水，非常的貼心而周到。值得肯定的是酒店的服務，提前溝通、温馨提示、接站送站、幫拿行李，非常關注住客需求，包括冰凍礦泉水提供、趕海小工具免費提供、免費陪同住户到海鮮市場購買、咖啡廳提供退房後休息等等，真的是賓至如歸，退房時前台小哥哥還貼心的裝了冰礦泉水和水果，真的很感謝！
最點讚的是酒店的廚師，自己給120個贊，我們購買的海鮮，酒店提供餐廳代加工（付費但加工公道），加工的海鮮美味無比，我家先生買的多，開始還擔心吃不完浪費，結果廚師的好手藝讓我們直接光盤。非常非常推薦酒店代加工海鮮，手藝超級好！全五分好評，推薦喲！

初登潿洲島，第一感覺就是熱，上船前店家主動聯繫，交代了下船後司機接待的位置，下船後司機師傅已經打開空調等待，路上師傅也會簡單介紹沿途的景點，10分鐘左右的路程。到酒店後，幾個店家都是年輕人，都很熱情很健談，進入酒店，雖然説是家民宿，但裝修風格能看出老闆很用心的在經營、用心的服務於每位客人（圖一），有免費的水果、冰水，不止是對新入住的客人，而是每位客人（圖二）。我們出行五人，訂的是家庭房，在五樓，上樓確實挺痛苦的，推開房門的一瞬間，再痛苦也值了（圖三、圖四），抬眼一眼望不到邊際的大海，低頭滿園綠意盎然的香蕉樹。對於服務的熱情，真的特別滿足，也很感動，這麼多的客人，老闆對每位客人都做到了管家式的服務，真的太到位了，從上島前避免踩坑的提醒，對當地海鮮市場沒必要的消費，再次感謝梵宿的所有工作人員、服務人員，這是我第一次登潿洲島，我對潿洲島並沒有太好的印象，但是我對這個民宿的印象極為深刻，如果我再次登島，並不是因為潿洲島有多好，而是因為梵宿讓潿洲島會很好！
