衞生：衞生間的浴巾不太乾淨，剛想用打開就有一條彎彎曲曲的不明體毛😭
環境：園區環境優美
設施：開了很多年了房間設施有點舊 但是整體還是不錯的，床有點硬

房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全（坐廁為高端智能馬桶），床品很不錯，窗外景觀極佳，前台服務温馨周到，難得的寵物友好酒店。酒店座山臨海，酒店內有兩個海灣沙灘，非常浪漫的拍攝地，尤其觀日落最佳。

酒店設施齊全，範圍很大，衞生做的很好，整個籠
罩在山中，空氣清新，前台小吳小姐姐服務太好了，笑容和聲音都甜甜的，辦理入住的時候解釋的很清楚，也幫我們升級了房間，雖然中間有點小插曲，但她一直在幫我們處理，給她的熱情細心和耐心點個贊👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

春節一家人到北海過年，挑了這家靠近海灘的酒店，酒店是一座座獨立別墅散落在這冠嶺山上，前面就是海灘，旁邊還有一家最好的喜來登酒店（價格貴），山上環境很好，空氣清新，酒店房間大，原來的硬件設施不錯，但缺乏維護，管理，房間發黴，設施破舊不更新，早餐一般，最吸引是可以帶寵物，每天可以帶着毛孩子上山下海，酒店重新翻新後一定再來。
