非常滿意，前台免費升級了房型。房間寬敞，明亮。乾淨衞生，有一個觀景露台，看海景位置絕佳。山莊很清靜，有沙灘。適合喜靜和帶孩子的客人。山莊工作人員態度很好。

説實話剛入住就覺得很差，房間很小，入住海景房但在房間基本上衹能遠眺，而且角度也很不好。這個價格和三亞的酒店比起來實在差太遠了。

我先説優點：酒店服務態度較好，每天有兩瓶牛奶，晚上還有水果贈送，位於冠頭嶺裏面還有兩個沙灘，海水清澈漂亮，有礁石，有燈塔
再説缺點：酒店假期價位在1000以上，但一進5號樓大廳就有一股濃烈發黴的味道，房間裏更是濃烈，天花板牆體脱落，部分牆體有發黴的痕跡，最糟糕的是，外面來這裏玩沙灘的人超級多，幾乎沒有管控，選擇這裏的原因，就為了假期裏少看人頭，擁有人少的沙灘，但還是花大錢住糟糕的房間看超級多的人頭，沒意思

酒店衞生間很寬敞的，安排洗澡或者更衣的時候根本沒有地方放衣服，連個掛鈎都沒有，浴巾，乾淨的衣服不知道放哪裡才合適。欠考慮
每天200塊寵物清理費過於誇張，狗狗根本沒有隨地亂拉，就算過後要消毒，每天200元還是覺得很不合理。

設施：設施達到五星級標準，還不錯的！
衞生：衞生一般般，阿姨搞一次衞生，沖涼房地板的沙子居然不幫打掃乾淨，可以改善一下
服務：真的值得信賴酒店的服務，每位工作人員都很友好，特別是電瓶車大哥，風雨無阻，辛苦了
但是希望酒店限制外來遊客，我寧可住宿貴一點，但不想人擠人
