前台小姐姐給我們升級了房間，態度很好，還給我們發了一些美食攻略，地理位置也很好，就在老街邊上，走路5分鐘就到。門口出來就是海了。

本來衹是訂了基礎房，辦理入住時前台蘇婷婷小姐一句“今天房間給您免費升級，祝您旅途愉快”，瞬間把疲憊值清零！從進門微笑到雙手遞房卡，再到耐心介紹早餐時間/停車場位置，每個細節都讓人舒服得像回家。房間升級後景觀超棒，窗外就是海景，衞生也一塵不染。必須實名錶揚這位前台：專業、熱情、還自帶治癒buff！已經安利給朋友，下次來這個城市還住這兒——就沖這份被認真對待的温柔。

這次旅遊選擇了入住，靠近北海老街的酒店，這是選擇最佳的酒店，性價比高，蘇婷婷關機還免費為我升級了房型，特別的熱情，酒店的環境也非常好，地理位置也非常的方便，離市中心也很近，附近也是非常有名的百年老街，步行就能到非常的近，酒店後面就是距離50米，是看日落的最佳之地，拍照也很出片，酒店的早餐種類豐富，還有游泳池，是小朋友的最愛之一，泳池的水也很乾凈，特別舒服，能在裏能玩很久，這裏購物也非常方便，很有建築風格，總體來説，入住的非常愉快，是一次很好的體驗入！

暑假休息，帶小寶貝們來北海玩水。在網上訂了這家酒店，入住後，整體感覺太好了，必須給五星好評！酒店環境優雅舒適，房間整潔乾淨，一進去就心情舒暢。配套設施也很完善，各種設施一應俱全，滿足了所有需求。遠山管家服務超級熱情，有求必應，讓人感覺特別貼心。早餐種類豐富，每一樣都很好吃。適合南北客人，下次還會再來這裏住。
PS:酒店服務員和管家都特別好。

雖然酒店裝修時間久一點，但是服務態度沒得説。退房的時候把數據線落在房間，管家也特別認真的幫我們找到還貼上標簽。很感動，很滿意的住宿
