一進門窗簾打開，4個哇～高樓層視野真的好！每天醒來看見海景，心情很愉悦。oliver非常貼心！不僅給我們升級了下房間，還贈送了一份小童早餐。房間大小説實話是我住過的皇冠裏比較小的，但是洗漱間很大！前台有挖沙工具可以借，真的很方便！外賣也方便^ _ ^酒店位置真的是在銀灘最好的位置了，再去北海，我還會繼續訂皇冠！

三大兩小住家庭房挺寬敞，很喜歡衣帽間。酒店有室內外兩個泳池，孩子們更喜歡户外的，淺水區嬉戲安全，室內的水乾淨不怕曬。酒店離海邊近，可以直接回酒店沖澡。怕户外熱就在酒店帶孩子玩，三樓有小童玩耍區。還體驗了小童編髮和趕海，能早起的人們可以問了位置自己去海邊，酒店組織的在10點，但是也能看到很多小螃蟹。住了三晚，早餐餐廳門口就有人引導帶位子，服務態度都很好，尤其今早引導的黃大姐，很熱情周到👍早餐豐盛，味道也不錯，對於外地人來説選擇這種酒店能吃的舒服😌

印象比較深刻前台的小哥Oliver服務很好，笑容很感染人，儘量滿足我和家人的出行需求，服務很熱情，房間很乾凈整潔，還有一個小沙發挺好的，可以躺着看大海，很愜意，21樓的景觀台很不錯，視野很開闊
