在銀灘景區內，步行五分鐘左右即可到達，離僑港風情街、萬達廣場等地方也比較近，前台三五衹看我們有小寶寶，特意為我們做了房間升級，入住期間，會發送酒店活動，以便我們可以參加，早餐也十分豐盛，入住體驗不錯

每年業務關係住的酒店也不少但很少做點評，這次情不自禁要給這個酒店給個五星好評！酒店位置就不用説了，坐擁北海銀灘C位，通過酒店大堂便道即可直達海灘！酒店服務從辦理入住開始就讓人倍感温馨體貼，從大廳接待到保潔都是熱情招呼笑臉相迎。前台靚女Icy耐心解答各種問題，主動介紹酒店在入住期間為賓客提供的各種服務，為隨行的小朋友安排小童用品！印象更深的是早餐，由於臨近春節入住客人蠻多的，入住的幾天酒店都是滿房，早餐高峯偶爾有排隊情況，但除了酒店服務員高效熱情努力工作，酒店領導也親自上陣，早餐期間忙而不亂，很快就化解排隊問題。看得出酒店為了應對客流高峯上上下下都做了精心應對，為了讓大家有個愉快的假期體驗真的盡心盡力，着實讓人感動！ 當然，早餐品種每天早上能夠稍作變化就更好了，這樣入住酒店時間較長的客人也就可以體驗更多的不同的美食了！

連住了四晚，前台免費升級了海景房，衞生整潔乾淨，房間設施也很完善。自助早餐很豐盛，西餐廳黃姐服務周到熱情，臨走還送了我們海鴨蛋。

環境非常好，離海灘很近，海景房視野開闊風景好。酒店健身房設施不錯，但游泳池設施有點簡陋。酒店服務總體不錯，但早餐人多常常排長隊，管理有待改進。
