優點：東西齊全，衞生間也有排氣扇整體無異味，前台和餐廳員工服務態度都也挺好。硬件設施基本沒毛病，早餐可選項適中。
缺點：被子掀開後明顯有沒洗乾淨的污漬，門關上聲很響，不會太隔音。吃的早飯懷疑有不是當日做的，吃完沒多久就拉了肚子。

網上看到這家酒店評分很高，就選中了這家酒店，當天過來辦理入住的時候還有前台工作人員打電話詢問你對房間有什麼要求之類的。前台服務很好很貼心見面就打招呼很熱情。因為想去島上玩，大堂還有出行小貼士什麼的。房間挺好的，還能往外看風景，酒店的毛巾也很柔軟，早餐也很好吃，酒店的設備什麼的很齊全，感覺什麼都有，出門打車也方便，一整個入住的體驗感讓我很滿意。

前台徐苑婷還有所有前台人員都服務態度特別好，辦理入住時第一時間送上點心茶水還有濕毛巾，賓至如歸的感覺，本來想衹住四天的，因為服務太好住了好多好多天，另外再表揚一下打掃房間的阿姨，真的特別特別好

環境分給到5分！裝修非常有品味，前台給我們安排的房間背靠小區，房間的朝向很好，酒店旁邊就是大潤發，服務員個個都很熱情，晚上要去僑港風情街，前台小姐姐服務周到還給我們指引了近路。晚上還有晚安牛奶送到房間，進店還有茶水喝免費的零食，真的很貼心。早上退房前台美女送了兩瓶免費礦泉水，下次還是來住的！很滿意！
