前台服務特別好，離銀灘很近，對面就是，可能房子比較老，設施很一般，蚊子巨多，咬了幾個包，家裡人全在吐槽這一點，酒店餐廳味道可以，但是海鮮很貴，第一天不知道情況，我老公點的，5個大人2個小孩，一條石斑魚，一斤多的蝦，7個生蠔，還有貝殼，青菜和麻婆豆腐，花了九百多，第二天我們去財富中心附近的海鮮大排檔吃了差不多的餐才五百左右，服務可以給五星，整體體驗並不算好。

酒店管環境很好，有游泳池，但我們沒下去遊，基本上都是小孩在裏面玩；房間設施簡陋、陳舊；距離銀灘沙灘非常近，過馬路對面就是銀灘

房間收拾的很乾凈，我在這家酒店連住了三天。前台扎辮子的小哥服務態度很好，接待熱情，服務收到，還貼心的給我介紹了北海，推薦遊玩順序，攻略。在北海玩了水，對面就是酒店，直接兩步路就走到了酒店沖涼，安逸舒適。總之，很好的服務體驗，以後有機會來北海還住這一家。
